Breed Guidelines, Fees & Pet-Friendly Amenities

Pet routines feel easier when the best part of the walk starts right at home. At FLATZ 512, you have room for up to two pets per home, with no weight limit or breed restrictions, plus PetScreening built into the application process for clear next steps.

Step outside for quick playtime at the on-site dog parks, stretch the route along community trails, or unwind afterward on your balcony or patio. Everyday conveniences like door-to-door trash pickup, package lockers, and in-home washers and dryers help keep life with pets running smoothly. When you want a closer look at the spaces your pet will use most, explore the pet-friendly amenities or schedule a tour in San Marcos.
